How much is enough?
Just like the majority of people you probably have no idea how much money you need for the rest of your life. You may have high levels of income, various assets and investments but no idea what it all means, or what sort of financial future awaits you.
So, if you feel like this, you’re not alone! The big question is: are you going to run out of money? Or die with too much?!
How much money do you need for the rest of your life?
What we all need to know is how much is ‘ENOUGH?’
Having enough money can mean different things to different people. When planning for retirement, it could involve having sufficient funds to maintain your desired lifestyle, cover essential expenses, and enjoy extensive travel without financial stress. It’s about achieving a balance between financial security and the ability to pursue personal goals and aspirations.
The concept of “enough” money doesn’t necessarily mean you have no aspirations for more. It means you realise that an unquenchable thirst for more wealth will end up with you taking too much risk and potentially losing everything you have worked hard for pushing you to the point of regret.
If you don’t yet have enough or on course to have enough then you need to know how much to save, earn or sell your business so that you can have enough to live a 3 or 4 decade retirement.
Knowing what you actually need can be enlightening. It can put you in control. Knowing how much is enough will give you the freedom to live your life better. After all, life isn’t a rehearsal. We don’t know how long we have left. We will let you know how much your ‘ENOUGH’ is so that you can live your life, so you never have to say “If only I had…”
