“Your time is limited” Those are four words from the Stanford University commencement speech Apple co-founder and CEO Steve Jobs gave in 2005.
Right after those four words he said the following…
” …so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become.”
A source of inspiration for many, Steve Jobs lived an enviable life…
He enjoyed spectacular success, had enough wealth to do whatever he pleased, worked in a career he loved, and achieved total autonomy in his business career.
Jobs would be the first one to tell you that you too can live an enviable life with the wealth you desire and personal time to enjoy the things you love most in life.
You don’t have to figure out how to do this on your own either. Far too many people spend too much time working, whether its for their boss or for their clients when they should be working for themselves and their family. Often they realise when its too late. Remember your time is limited.
