Barbados is a relatively small island with huge appeal for visitors – well they do they say good things come in small packages! This beautiful Caribbean island has lots to offer those looking to escape the unpredictable British weather. Top tip
On Friday and Saturday nights, don’t miss the Fish Fry at Oistins in Christ Church – mingle with the locals and dance the night away under the stars. Dine on freshly grilled fish and enjoy an ice cold beer.
As the most easterly island in the Caribbean, Barbados is usually least affected by tropical storms so don’t necessarily dismiss visiting during the low season.
