The Santorini

Retirement
Lifestyle
Programme.

Our financial planning has primarily been designed to help busy business owners who are thinking about retiring, to secure their future and look forward to it.

Note

The initial Get To Know You Meeting is at our expense, and you have no obligation to proceed beyond this point. We discuss the work we will undertake and provide you with an estimate of the total fees.

A
Philosophy

A different kind of relationship.

We do not believe in transactional advice. Our role is to be your long-term planning partner, helping you make better decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and live the life you want with confidence.

Our ongoing fee means we are aligned with you:

  • When life changes
  • When markets fluctuate
  • When big decisions need to be made
B
Value

What you're really paying for.

Not products. Not transactions.

You're paying for:

  • Clarity on what 'enough' looks like
  • Confidence in your future
  • A plan that adapts as your life evolves
  • A trusted partner to guide you
Stage 01

Strategy & Planning

Before making any decisions, we start with what matters most. Your life.

The questions left unspoken

  • "When can I afford to retire or slow down?"
  • "How much is enough?"
  • "Will my money last?"
  • "What does my ideal future actually look like?"

We gather all relevant information from you, your existing product and service providers, your accountant and solicitor. We analyse and assess all of it, and we create a Masterplan of your financial life. We then present this plan to you.

What this includes

  • Deep discovery of your goals, values and priorities
  • Full financial analysis (assets, income, expenditure, tax)
  • Detailed lifetime cashflow modelling to build your roadmap
  • Clear recommendations and strategy
Planning Fee
Individual£2,000
Couple£2,500
Stage 02

Advice & Implementation

Once we've agreed your financial plan, we make it happen.

This is where we build everything for you, implementing the plan properly so it works in the real world. We provide independent financial advice on relevant products and services, including a full review of existing arrangements to ensure they are suitable for your needs.

What this includes

  • Setting up pensions, ISAs, investments
  • Structuring assets tax-efficiently
  • Liaising with providers and platforms
  • Handling all paperwork and execution
  • Ensuring everything aligns with the plan
Implementation Fee
Review of existing pension or investment£250 each
Implementation of new or replacement£250 each
Total capped at£2,000

If an investment plan is jointly owned, only one fee will be charged. Pensions with non-standard investments such as commercial property, VCTs or EIS may carry additional cost.

Our Promise

We prosper whenyou prosper.

Our success is tied to yours. We sit on the same side of the table, share in your gains, and accept the short-term fluctuations alongside you.

Stage 03

Keep on Track

We help you stay on track, and make confident decisions at every stage of life.

Life isn't linear. Plans need to be flexible, adaptable, yet still relevant. We work with you over the long term to make sure your plan continues to support the life you want.

What this includes

  • A detailed strategy meeting at least once a year
  • Monitoring investment risk, performance, costs and suitability
  • Unlimited access to me and my team during business hours
  • Proactive updates on allowances and legislation changes
  • Coaching to help you make the right decisions
  • Liaison with your accountant and solicitor

Our Fee Philosophy

Clear.
Transparent.
Built around you.

Money is important. But what really matters is what it allows you to do. Everything we do is about helping you understand what 'enough' looks like, and making sure you don't run out of money or life.

We charge in three stages, to design your plan, implement it, and then guide you long-term. Most of the real value comes from the ongoing relationship.

Through our Evidence-Based Investment process, we share in the successes of your portfolio and also in its temporary declines. We only earn when your long-term gains are realised, and we accept the short-term fluctuations alongside you.
